Introversion/Extroversion and Teachers' Perception on Dominican EFL College Students' Performance

Tavarez Da Costa, P. (2012). Introversion/Extroversion & Teachers' Perception on ... - Eric. Retrieved from http://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED540938.pdf.

Summary:
This paper argues that situationism, interactionism and constructivism are the three major approaches to the study of personality. It also talks about types of personality theories--type theories, trait theories, factor theories. It argues that for TESOL, extroversion/introversion and risk-taking are the two most important factors in our personality.

Connections to my research:
I am very interested in how we can build structures to support the introverted student in the often-loud, often very busy, project-based learning classroom.
